Privacy Policy
LECPLE Inc. (“we”, “us”) processes the personal data of people who apply to THE PIT (“the Service”) as described below, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea. Effective: 12 October 2026.
1. What we collect and why

2. How long we keep it
· Applicants who are not selected: deleted without delay after the draw for that round closes. If you chose “keep me in future draws”, we keep your data until you withdraw that choice or are selected.
· Selected applicants: kept for one year after the episode is completed, then deleted.
· If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it immediately.
3. How your photos and likeness are used
Your original photos never appear in the video. They are used only as reference for building the character. The character made from a selected applicant's face and body features, and the finished episode, may be published and promoted on YouTube, Instagram and other channels run by us or our partners. We ask for separate consent to this when you apply.
4. Sharing and processors
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Application data is stored in Google Drive and Google Sheets operated by Google LLC (servers may be located outside your country), which acts as our storage processor.
5. Your rights
You may at any time ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop its processing. Send requests to the contact below and we will respond within 10 days. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
6. Security
Only members of the production team with access rights can view application data. Data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS.
